Sustainable Business Law Statement of CompletionIn order to earn a Sustainable Business Law Statement of Completion, a student must satisfactorily complete the following courses: Business Associations, Securities Regulations, and Administrative Law. A successful candidate must also satisfactorily complete either Natural Resources Law, or Environment and Pollution. In addition, a successful candidate will satisfactorily complete two of the following courses: Climate Change Litigation, Comparative Environmental Law, Energy Law, Environmental Justice, Global Environmental Challenges, Hazardous Waste, International Environmental Law, Renewable Energy Law, Sustainability, or Water Law. A successful candidate will also satisfactorily complete two of the following courses: Accounting for Lawyers, Advanced Business Associations, Business Planning, Environmental Tax, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity & Venture Capital, Small Business Clinic, Sustainable Business, or Tax Policy. In addition to completing the above-referenced curriculum, a candidate for the Sustainable Business Law Statement of Completion must satisfactorily complete an appropriate paper, clinic, externship, business plan, integrative project, or substantially equivalent work, approved by a faculty member.
