John Greenman
Professor John Greenman is an expert in the role of technology in rights definition. He is a graduate of the Iowa Writer's Workshop and received his JD from the University of Texas at Austin School of Law. Upon graduation, he clerked for the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Texas Supreme Court before working for the Supreme Court advocacy group of Weil, Gotshal, and Manges LLP. Professor Greenman has written briefs for the United States Supreme Court as well as numerous federal courts of appeals. Most recently, he authored an amicus brief for the ACLU and NAACP of Texas in the Texas Supreme Court. Professor Greenman's research interests include public law, torts, technology and the law, and national security law. He joins the law school from Stanford University where he is a Law School Fellow. |
