Hugh Duvall

Hugh Duvall is a 1988 graduate of the University of Oregon School of law. He is in private practice focusing on criminal defense and the related areas of restraining orders and DMV matters. He is the author of a series of quick-review guides used by lawyers throughout the state, including, the Oregon Driver Restriction Guide, Oregon Stalking Law Guide, Oregon Expungement Guide, Oregon Collateral Consequences Guide, as well as numerous published articles. Martindale-Hubbell lists his peer-review rating at its highest level -- AV (very high to Preeminent). His practice is based in Eugene, and located in a century-old building which originally housed the Eugene Farmers Creamery, but was restored and remodeled in 2007.
