Howard Cummins

Howard Cummins serves as administrative law judge for the Department of Employment Services in Washington, D.C. He was a managing partner and then president of the D.C. law firm Cummins & Brown LLP, where he specialized in administrative law, radiation health effects, and the rights of indigenous peoples. Cummins worked as a CEO and research director of RADLAW (Radiation Health Effects Public Interest Law Group) and was a chief of staff for Congressman Jim Weaver of the 4th District of Oregon.
