Justin Beck

Justin Beck is a partner with Beck, Ross, Bismonte & Finley LLP in San Jose, California, where he specializes in patent litigation. Prior to forming the firm, Beck headed the litigation department of Skjerven Morrill LLP and was of counsel to the firm of Mount & Stoelker PC. He has represented numerous companies in patent cases primarily in the electronics and software areas. He is admitted to practice in California, and in the Ninth and Federal Circuits, and the Supreme Court. He received his B.A. from Stanford in 1965, and his J.D. magna cum laude from the University of San Francisco in 1972.
