Marianne Dugan

Marianne Dugan runs a practice in Eugene, Oregon. She received her J.D. from Oregon Law in 1993. She was a staff attorney and then associate director at the Western Environmental Law Center. Dugan is a member of numerous law associations, such as the Civil Liberties Defense Center, Friends of Land-Air-Water, Portia Project, Eugene Chapter of the National Lawyers Guild, the Western Land Exchange Project, and Sierra Club's national litigation committee. She also serves on the education and publications committees of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association.
