Thomas Coffin is a United States magistrate judge for the U.S. District Court. He has taught as an adjunct instructor for Oregon Law since 1986. Judge Coffin has served as an assistant United States attorney for the Department of Justice in California and Oregon, as chief of the Criminal Division in California, and a supervisory attorney for the Southern Division in Oregon.
