William Kabeiseman
William Kabeiseman serves as a counsel to the law firm of Garvey Schubert Barer in their Portland, Oregon, office. His practice includes land use law, municipal law, and appellate advocacy. He represents a wide range of clients, including municipalities, developers, and neighborhood groups in a variety of settings, including courts, cities, and counties. Kabeiseman graduated from Oregon Law in 1993, and has clerked for the Oregon Court of Appeals and the Oregon Supreme Court. He also served as an assistant attorney general in the territory of American Samoa, where he was the chief environmental attorney for the territory. |
