Oregon Court of Appeals to hear arguments at UO School of Law
The Oregon Court of Appeals will hear arguments in four pending cases at the
University of Oregon School of Law on Monday, Jan. 14.
The court session will take place between 10 a.m. and noon in the Orlando J.
Hollis Courtroom, 241 William W. Knight Law Center, 1515 Agate St. The proceedings
are open to the public.
The cases concern alleged negligence that resulted in paralysis, a missed deadline
in a workers' compensation case, hearsay evidence in a sexual abuse case and road
rage. The arguments will be heard by a three-judge panel led by Presiding Judge
Jack Landau. Judge David Schuman and Judge Darleen Ortega will also be on the
bench.
