Join us for a stimulating exploration of mindfulness, and its benefits and applications
for law and mediation. The program is free and open to the public.
Mindfulness is an ancient method of deliberate, moment-to-moment attention. A
person cultivates mindfulness through meditation. Mindfulness meditation helps
people working in the law and dispute resolution to listen better to their clients
and to themselves. By gaining distance from their own habitual reactions, individuals
enable themselves to perform more effectively.
